Justin Gillette claims overall title; Jill Horst takes female division.
A field of more than 15,000 registered participants hit the streets of Atlanta for the Publix Georgia Marathon & Half Marathon on Sunday, March 18.
Justin Gillette, of Goshen, Ind., won first place in the marathon with a time of 2:32:43. Andrew Heath, of Atlanta, Ga., took second place with a time of 2:36:14, while Brady Bennett from Rome, Ga., earned third place with a time of 2:40:12. US Road Sports & Entertainment Group Announces Extension with Publix as Title Sponsor for Publix Georgia Marathon
US Road Sports & Entertainment Group, owners and operators of the Publix Georgia Marathon, announced Publix has extended its partnership as official title sponsor of the event for an additional three years. The new agreement will run through the 2015 race. Read More
